Wildflower honey is our first harvest of the year. Harvested from three different wild areas in the Delphi municipality that contains several thousand species of wildflowers in our area that the bees love. Due to the wide diversity of these wildflowers the flavour produced is complex and varied, ranging from light and floral, with notes of lavender, and hints of dark fruits, spices and herbs. An ideal accompaniment to a happy breakfast!
