Oak honey, is probably our most nutritious honey, rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium and iron as well as antioxidants. Produced by our bees from honeydew they collect from the oak trees at high altitudes on the slopes of Mt. Giona and Mt. Vardousia, it is darker, thicker, and less sweet than wildflower honey, with a rich woody, earthy flavour.
