THIS HONEY IS PRODUCED IN THE WILD AREAS OF DELPHI MUNICIPALITY, BY TIRELESLLY HARDWORKING HONEYBEES. THE HARVESTING OF THAT HONEY WAS DONE AT ONE OF OUR APIARIES, THAT IS LOCATED, ACCORDING THE ANCIENT SCRIPTS, AT A SITE CALLED “GONIA” (CORNER), WHERE THE ANCIENT CHARIOT RACING STADIUM OF DELPHI WAS. IN THAT STADIUM THE FAMOUS “HENIOKHOS”, WAS RACING WITH HIS FOUR-HORSE CHARIOT “ΤΕθΡΙΠΠΟ”, TO HONOR PYTHIA WHICH WAS KNOWN AS DELPHIC BEE.
