This honey is our 2nd harvest of the year. Contains about 3-7% of thyme. Comes from 3 different wild areas in Delphi municipality. Light yellow-aber color. Very smooth and rich taste. Loved by kids. This is our best selling honey!
ΤΗΕ ACCESS TO DELPHI WAS USUALLY THROUGH THE SEA. THE CONTROL AND THE SAFETY THERE, WERE ASSIGNED TO TRIREMES, ONE OF WHICH WAS “ΕΡΩΜΕΝΗ”(EROMENI=MISTRESS). SHE WAS CONTROLING THE ACCESS OF THE PILGRIMS FROM THE SEA, THROUGH THE ANCIENT PORT OF DELFI, KIRRA, TO THE SANCTUARY OF THE “DELPHIAN BEE”.
