MoKa Thyme honey is our hardest to make honey. We harvest about 2kg from each hive, every year. This award wining product, contains as well, many diferent wild herbs that you can find in the wild areas of Delphi municipal. With it’s characteristic amber color and it’s unic taste, thyme honey, deserves to be called the most flavorful Greek honey. Can be found only in our visitable apiary!

THIS HONEY IS DEDICATED TO THE ANCIENT ORACLE OF DELPHI “PYTHIA”, WHICH WAS ALSO KNOWN AS “∆ΕΛΦΙΚΗ ΜΕΛΙΣΣΑ” (DELPHIC BEE). HERE IN THE ANCIENT LAND OF DELPHI, BEES WERE WORSHIPPED AS DIVINE CREATURES AND THEY WERE PLACED AS EMBLEMS ON ANCIENT COINS AND ARTIFACTS. BEES ARE AN AMAZING EXAMPLE OF SPECIES EVOLUTION THAT LIVE IN A FRAGILE BALANCE WITH NATURE AND OUR ANCESTORS KNEW THAT.
