This amazing organic honey, has become a rare product. With all the difficulties that we are facing the last 10 years with the climate change, we struggle to produce this honey every 3-4 years. It’s an amazing greek honey that you can only find in Greece, produced in high altitudes from fir tree. Dark, thick with unbelievable taste, this is the only honey in Greece that never crystallizes.

THIS HONEY IS PRODUCED BY OUR WORKING BEES IN THE HIGH ALTITUDES OF PARNASSOS MOUNTAIN, ABOVE A PAIR OF MYTHIC CLIFFS THAT ARE CALLED PHAEDRIADES “ΦΑΙ∆ΡΙΑ∆ΕΣ”. THEY RISE OVER CASTALIA SPRING AND THE TEMPLE OF APOLLO, WHERE PYTHIA ORACLE, THE “DELPHIC BEE”, WAS FORSEEING THE FUTURE.
