Our Team.

Nikiforos Kalafatis (Co-founder, bee tour & olive tour guide)

Nikiforos is an olive oil producer and the owner of the farm. He is also a sound engineer and after many years working at the same time in advertising at big companies like McCann-Ashley workgroup he decided to start this amazing experience and share his passion for the olives and bees with everybody.

Ioannis Moraitis (Co-founder, bee tour guide)

John is a PhD Agronomist, graduated from Agricultural University of Athens specialized in insects like bees and mosquitoes. He operates as a beekeeper at the same time, taking over this great job from his great-grandfather.

Science is explaining life so this is the right guy to tell you everything you need to know about this amazing insect we call bee.

Konstantinos Koutrolikos (Olive tour guide)

Konstantinos is a Historian, who graduated from the Department of History and Archeology of the University of Athens. He works as a teacher but at the same time he wants to share stories about our olive grove, from the distant past to the present day.
